Two Minds Psychological Services is the private practice of Dr. Vivian Lee Pichardo where she focuses on providing culturally sensitive, psychoanalytic, depth-oriented psychotherapy that goes beyond surface-level symptoms to address the root causes of your struggles. Dr. Pichardo places a strong emphasis on cultivating a safe relationship where you can explore your inner thoughts and feelings. This is a collaborative space where two minds work together to explore your “stuckness” and to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. It is not a space where you get easy answers - it is where curiosity is heightened, questions are asked, and hopefully, more clarity will emerge.
